A veneer is a thin layer of material that is placed over a tooth, either to improve the aesthetics of the tooth or to protect and prevent damage to a tooth’s surface.
What Veneers Do:
Dental Veneers can improve the color, shape and position of your teeth. A precise color/shade can be selected to give the desired color and improve any discolorations of the teeth. A veneer can make a chipped tooth look intact again. They can also be used to close small gaps when braces are not suitable. If one tooth is slightly out of position, a veneer can sometimes be fitted to bring it into line with the others.
